What Are castle concerts?
Tamworth Castle Concerts are a BRAND NEW concert series in Tamworth Castle Grounds for 2026 featuring 2 days of incredible artists live in concert.
When and where are the concerts taking place?
castle concerts 2026 will take place on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th July 2026 in Tamworth Castle Grounds. The venue will be found Adjacent to the SkatePark, Tennis Courts & Play area.
Friday 17th July 2026 – SISTER SLEDGE LIVE FT KATHY SLEDGE + KENNY THOMAS & ODYSSEY, DOORS 5:30PM.
SATURDAY 18TH JULY 2026 – THE FEELING & THE TWANG WITH SUPPORT FROM CHARM AND THE ASSIST: DOORS 3PM.
What Happens if it rains?
The event is outdoors with limited shelter from rain. The event will go ahead but in extreme weather the promoter reserves the right to re-schedule the event or cancel.

How can I buy tickets for the CONCERTS?

Can I buy my tickets on the day?
We anticipate this event to be busy, and so we recommend that you buy your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment AND TO MAKE SAVINGS.
Do I need a separate ticket for each day?
EACH CONCERT IS PRICED separately THEREFORE TICKETS SHOULD BE PURCHASED FOR EACH EVENT.
Can I transfer or refund my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Does my child require a ticket?
Everyone entering the site requires a valid ticket.
Where do I get my tickets from once purchased?
Your tickets will be available on your initial purchase email 2 weeks before the event. They will be in a QR code format. You can show these on your mobile to gain access or print these off at home.
CONCERT Experience
iS THERE food and drinks available at the festival?
We have a wide range of fantastic food vendors both sweet and savoury to keep you fed throughout the day including Pizza, Donuts, Burgers along with multiple bars for you to purchase alcoholic and soft drinks! Challenge 25 is in operation across the site, ID may be required to purchase alcohol.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
To ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of all guests, the following food and drink policy applies to all Castle Concerts events.
Permitted. Each ticket holder may bring one sealed bottle of water up to 500ml.
Empty reusable water bottles are welcome and may be refilled at the free drinking water points available at the bar.
Baby food, baby milk and medically required food or drink are permitted where required.
Not Permitted:
– Alcohol of any kind.
– Soft drinks, energy drinks, juice or any other beverages.
– Glass bottles or containers.
– Opened or unsealed drinks.
– Flasks, refillable containers containing liquids or any homemade drinks.
– No Food unless medically required food.
All bags and persons are subject to search as a condition of entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated or must be disposed of before entry. Anyone attempting to bring alcohol or other prohibited items into the event may be refused admission.

Can I bring Gazebos or Tents?
We do not permit gazebos or tents onto the site.
Can I bring my own chair?
Picnic blankets and small, collapsible camping chairs are permitted. chairs will need to be positioned a suitable distance away from the stage BEHIND THE SIGNAGE.
Is there parking available?
Is there an age limit for the event?
There is no age restriction for this event. Any guests under the age of 16 will be required to be accompanied by an adult.
Can I leave during the event?

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible and we have accessible toilets. Please note the event is held on grass and no Trackway will be laid for this event.
Is there a lost and found area?
Yes, our lost and found area is located at event control. Please report any lost items immediately.
Are there concessions?
There are no concession tickets for Castle Concerts 2026.

Can I take photos or video during the performances?
Photography and video are allowed for personal use only. Please be considerate of others when taking pictures.
Are there any VIP or exclusive packages available?
There are no VIP or Golden Circle packages available for our 2026 event.
Will there be security and medical provisions present?
SIA trained security professionals and medical trained staff will be present all day to ensure the safety of all attendees. Should you need assistance at any point during the event, you can speak to a steward in hi-vis who will be connected to all staff via radio or at the security and medical point.
